i had hemmorhoids kay grabe ko makakaon ug spicy foods.. i dont know if mao sad ba na imoha.. akong nabantayan lang noh kay everytime mu alsa ko bug-at murag mu trigger gyud sya.

drink a lot of fluids and defecate everyday....

warm sitz bath for 15 minutes..naa ko karon ani..as mentioned above, drink lots of water and high-fiber diet para dili lisod i.defecate.

Get a footstool to put your feet up on while sitting, whether on the toilet or anywhere else and make sure you lean forward with your elbows resting firmly on your knees.

If you can afford it, purchasing and using a squatting toilet may also help as a hemorrhoid home remedy, as a squatting position doesn't rob you of the support of any of your pelvic muscles, while a sitting toilet does.
