Reporting - buy n sell area

i know there is a REPORT BUTTON
i know that the easiest way to report also is to PM the MODS

but unfortunately im DISAPPOINTED as NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE EVEN AFTER DOING THOSE
There are 2 MODS sa Buy and Sell other than YBOJ
I had PMd these 2 and I only got 1 Response
from Raddiboy

And now this person im reporting AGAIN
is doing the same thing

Unless you have managed to hack into a Mods' account, you cannot see if another user has an infraction or not.

as far as i remember, before an infra is given, a warning in a form of post is placed on that person's thread
and i have reported this person twice in 2weeks time

^ I've only seen YJOB doing a warning post. INFRACTIONS = WARNING so moderators are not required to do such warning post. Also, Sir BeoR's reply seems to denote that infraction has already been handed to the erring user so worry not.
