Sayup ni sya bay, sakto na si etianboi hehe been working with TransCo/Napocor for quite a long time pod, what happened maybe was, during the time nga nag take sya picture and na dool sya sa live nga line taas ug humidity or dust content ang lugar, mo induct man ang current sa dust, dirt, smoke(with vapor) ug water. Na timingan lang to ang flash nga mao jud siguro pag click niya. and 40kV is not high enough, been working in 138KV to 230KV pero wala may nahitabo hehe.
