    as ive posted before, the company is fine. ang expectations from recruitment ra jud ako mabasol
    expectations were set too high because of the LIES / EXAGGERATED INFO / UNDISCLOSED IMPORTANT INFO prior to signing the contract
    maski pa cgurog naa sa kontrata pero the fact nga expectations were not set, IT WOULD NEVER BE A GOOD THING.

    if you happen to work as a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, you would know how important that is! NO NEED TO ARGUE, IT IS GIVEN

    anyway, so far so good. the company is improving and the cebuano people/cebuano-at-heart are slowly climbing the corporate ladder
    all im hoping is ang POLITIKA dli unta mubati or unsa ba. specially since naa puy attitude ning mga manaka sa position... mapa cebuano ba or dli. klaro naman na

    as for the reason why i havent left even after blabbering about the things im mad about TP, it was all about my expectations for myself
    i've proven myself getting better and hopefully more to exceed
    and on top of that, id say my hopes for the company are happening

    everything are slowly getting into place... money wise, commission wise, leave credits wise, almost everything
    Rice Subsidy of 500 per cut off (provided 70hrs work time - thats like 9days[72hrs])
    HMO - enrolled after 3months of stay
    Tenure Premium - Expedited to I DUNNO HOURS as it wasnt disclosed

    well, i cant feel everyting for now as no one has confirmed these yet, expected to reflect this coming dec20 pay though
    BUT WE HAVENT SIGNED ANY CONTRACT UPDATES EITHER @.@
    I do hope CrystalPrinz can follow up on this

    I have 2 referrals and none of them left because i gave them the benefit of the doubt
    If only expectations were just set straight, i dont think attrition would be this high
    as to how i made my referrals stay? it was simple
    I told them the pay is smallish in your first 3 months of stay. (2months training, 1 month ops)
    DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING THE HR IS SAYING <--funniest part
    just be happy with basic for now...
    Ill share 2,000 off my Referral bonus on your 3rd and 6th month(claim process)
    and as soon as your incentives kicks in? you'd finally say, I'm glad I stayed.
    and THAT IS EXACTLY what Id say for today

    Im glad I stayed
    My pay is just 14k basic. im no premium agent
    my pay may have doubled by comparison
    1st cut off w/ KPI(Performance bonus), 2nd cut off w/ Sales Commission

    workload is getting easier to handle. and support people are just there
    issues are routine hence the problems are easy to familiarize
    unlike other callcenters, TP has FLOORWALKERS - SMEs. dedicated support.
    TP got ICU - support for out of this world issues. Dli jud ka mag nga-nga kay naa juy resolution
    1st hand interaction with them - im an audio visual learner and this helps me a lot

    and on top of that, promotion isnt that hard to attain, perform. and you shall shine

    not to mention daghan pakulo
    its like each department has a mind of their own. they clash but they do something

    FUN TIME from FUN Manager, 24hr resolution starbucks GC, Sales/24hrs Raffle draws, EVEN HR!

    so far i've been part of 2 raffle draws within 1.5 month/s

    appliance pre xmas raffle,
    xmas raffle

    and expecting another gadget raffle next week,
    supposedly sa 15 pa to ang gadget but na delayed kay naa pay mga agents wla ka hulog sa ila tickets.

    so far, TP is doing fine, if not GREAT
    the bumpiest ride lang guro was the 1st 3months nako

    not to mention mga tawo nga naay gamay... mga admin/support nga naay gamay
    but hinay hinay nmn sila gakawala...

    last chismis ive acquired is about a high profile bossing getting a lot of negative feedbacks to boss I
    I cant really judge this bossing for now since this bossing's actions(which shows negatively) had some great feedbacks from most support group who knows this bossing.
    For now, we'll just deal with what we have and cross the bridge when we get there OK?

    @jcgoyong: you've had a speech there! hehe.. but i definitely agree with you.. as i always keep on saying in my previous posts, everything's actually getting better now in TP. like what was mentioned by jcgoyong there will be additional benefit like the HMO once you reach 3 months of tenure, the rice subsidy and most importantly the hours tenure. with all those benefits in lined for the agents, im pretty sure that the pay will now be better as well.

    @mom_in_cebu: i know who you are. and you know me very well too... As your friend, its a good thing that you quit. You havent missed that much though coz i know what your earning now is still much better than what we earn here. Look where you will be heading soon D****! hehehe.. I'll surely miss u i__'s...
