    and sa katong nisign sa contract nga nituo lang sa hr but wala mibasa sa fine print, angay jud ka ma-uwaw oi...ang sakit sa mga amerikano nga dili mobasa ug instructions/contents sa contract, nabalhin na nimo...you should have been smart enough to ask hr why those stuff they said were not in the contract...our hr orientation did not make false promises, if i remember correctly and none were in fine print, to be exact

    lisod na kaayo mangita ug work ron, even sa call center so i suggest na sa mga tao nga nihawa sa tp, not to discourage people from applying here because they really might be missing an opportunity (dili baya tanan tao madawat CVG/JPMC,etc)...you can tell them the advantages (if naa man gani para ninyo) or disadvantages (i'm sure nagbaha ni para ninyo) but NEVER EXAGERRATE (and i bet a lot of you do)

    - it's in the contract. parang 3000 something hours bag-o ka ma increasan ug 500. (btw it wasn't me who posted that, i just happened to know where you could find that info.)

    everythings been better since nahatag na ang sales and kpi incentive. again you just have to perform guys para maka incentive. with regards to the 13th month pay, ok rajud kaayo. i just received mine last monday. so far happy ko dri na company.

    @jjr 2 IPs "private IP" and a public IP bcoz of "NAT" server? Hmm sure jud ka na IP add imo pasabot? kalerki ha

    as I know, the same IP add = IP conflict = no internet connection.

    i'm not from TP guys, nalingaw lang ko basa sa inyo mga thread dri...anyways regarding sa IP address, sakto man to c jjr...companies are using NAT (network address translation) server w/c translates private IP to public IP...so kung unsa man gani i post sa mga tawo sa TP same public IP ra jud inyo makit.an because they belong to one network...

    I'd just like to comment on this thread, not because of the pay, but because of my tl...He was the reason why i stopped working in TP a few months back. I was absent due to high fever...he then texted me to secure a medcert that comes from an Intellicare accredited doctor. That was a big issue for me. why? because in TP, we do not have coverage sa Intellicare, not until we reach our 6th month. And he was asking me to go beyond my limits...haha! I was really sad leaving my friends there, but I wasn't wrong with my decision. Now, I am working homebased full time and I receive a higher pay compared to what I received in TP.

    --bantay lang jud mo kai bisan asa na company, there is always a tl na lisod lisoron ka....

    13th month pay is in...

    @mom in cebu : hi...gi announce jst this december that the HMO enrollment is now available for employees who have reached 3 months tenure... dli na six months.

    ::NAA nasad Rice subsidy.

    :: and ang hours premium ky pagamyan na ang hours na dapat e render to get the premium.

    and most importantly, nisulod na ang KPI bonus.

    i was asking..was i reacting in a way that made u believe that i firmly affirmed that they were referring to me? that is the whole point of asking a question because i want to know who they were referring to. but i bet you are smart enough to understand that. that is the whole point of the "if...then" conditional statement...i was merely asking...u can see the question marks, can't you?

    suya2x diay ni?LOL..i dint know...you dont have to go tell people to apply...coz by the time you will be at your 3 or 4 more callcenters or jobs...TP will still stay...maybe not in cebu...but do you honestly believe that TP will go under? it is a newly started division here in cebu...so it is bound to have kinks and what not...but then hopefully, it will get better...look at qualfon...5 years and growing..sa una dili pa gani tu ATM ila salary...im just saying ba..rome wasnt built in a day after all.
