kung paanu ang katawan na walang spiritu ganon ang pananampalataya na walang gawa--- PATAY
2 Peter 1:5-8
5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
both should go together...
What is your basis of doing good, your feelings? what holy book are you referring to? and how good is your good that can be considered good enough compared to the good of others if thats the case?

Faith alone cannot save us, we also have to do our part and work for it.
it's the definition of the word FAITH that has been distorted
Most say its unquestioning belief of something or someone---or tu-u nalang wala'y daghan pangutana

I do good for the sake of being good not other reasons like this so called rewards in heaven or not to be punished and burn in this so called hell.
Neither does I do good because this "book" told me to do so or some long dead persons or "prophets" wrote about.
Can we be good or do good because its beneficial to others or to all and not because of self preservation or salvation?
Being good is not suppose to be a duty or something we do because it is required otherwise we are all just pretending to be good.
we can't just be saved by faith alone.. faith, hope and love are the things that we need to for us to be saved.. and the most important of them all is love.. and doing a true love is the hardest thing to do..
