Minutes of Meeting
Date: December 4 2011
Time: 10:30 am to 12:00 nn
Location: Jollibee Cebu IT Park
Agenda: First meet. Initial plans.

Details:
[1] Group name is Dog Scouts.
[2] Election of officers postponed.
[3] A new separate page will be created and this page will be accessible only to members.
[4] From now on, applicants for membership will be accepted only after being endorsed by at least one member and they must attend a meeting before being finally considered as member.
[5] The members will avoid recruiting quarrelsome, annoying, or vexatious personalities.
[6] Dog Scouts will be non-profit.
[7] All members will start to research/look for trainers who can possibly help the group.
[8] Group logo design will be done by Dog Scouts. Members of Dog Scouts are encouraged to submit their proposals.
[9] Those interested to join us please contact either Shiote, Fial, True Lab, raphlactupo, Godfrey.
