    depende ra jud ni sa tao. nature sa tao na mu reklamo. kung manrabaho ug tarong naay sweldo na tarong. if ur slacking off the job, then youd get a pay based on your performance. kani byang mga tao na reklamador mao bya niy mga tapulan pd. naay uban maka uyon sa benefits naa sad pd dli sa usa ka companya...ma call center or ma regular na trabahoan.

    i wrote something not too long ago that sort of relates to this topic - every complaint i have is a declaration of my inadequacies as a person. if you complain that you are working in the worst place, leave. when one is given lemons, why not make a lemonade? (alangan man sad ug tisa juice... nyahahaha)

    kada isa lahi ang apas, kada isa nato lahi ang criteria nga gi tan-aw, kada isa naay reason nganong naa xa ana nga call center. pro at the end of the day, it doesn't count which is the worst or which ones are good. ang importante is naa tay trabaho... naa tay sweldo pa aboton every 15th & 30th (for most comp.), every other 2 weeks (for stream), every 10th & 20th (for qualfon & eper pro murag sayop akong date)... we get to have the basic needs and our wants pa... dba?
    for me lang... im not happy with the salary im getting especially with the position i am right now. that's why for me, pinakaWorst akong company. pero, thinking about the schedule... dili ko nahan mobalhin sa lain call center kay murag wala naman lain call center na dili shifting... fixed ra jud akong schedule.. mao ra nay nakanindot...
