Squats or deadlifts - If performed incorrectly, leg raises or V-sits mainly recruit the hip flexors. as long as u stop ur leg swinging, straight-leg hanging leg raises are good for lower abs!

@luigisoon very true nakakahelp nga ang less carb sa pag kakaron ng abs and mas lilit stomach mo pag no rice.
mag jog ka din para full body exercise try mo din yung cycling in the air naka concentrate yun sa abs and legs natin

i did a little 1month experiment on this to prove that its what and how u eat affects ur weight compared to just exercise alone...strict meal plans and exercises that mostly involved power and strength training without cardio exercises...i lost weight and looked visibly lean after a month but not that much just enough to show the difference...but i think when done with regular cardio exercises would create impressive results, (i cannot really try with the cardio ky lisod na kaau sa work sched) or u can check Xenoxorph's post about eating alternatives and advises... but to sum it all up, expend and use more calories than what u take in...not unless u have metabolic disorders --> pa doctor na jud ka ana![]()
BTW you can use hula hoop and make sure you stand for at least 30mins after eating para bumaba yung kinain mo. mas mabilis ka magkakaabs kung flat ang tummy mo.

mao pud ako prob guys, a big belly but in a small body.. i weight 175lbs. my waistline is 34-35. i want to reduce it to 2 inches. Lisod kaau isul.ob ang mga jeans nko karn. i had 33's jeans before pero karon 34 or 35 na jud. My work sched is 8am-5pm. after work kay kapoi na ako lawas so no time to exercise. Naa ko sat and sun na off days pero i give my time to my family pud. What should I do?
