Ok, so here we are again.
As stated in my first home theater construction thread (https://www.istorya.net/forums/hobbie...on-thread.html), I will document the building of my new home theater.

The new home theater will be a dedicated new building, which will be build in my backyard.
The size will be about 6.6 meter x 5 meter.

This is the area which I will use:




As seen, the preparation started already. The grass has been removed, some wall too have gone.

Day 2: Added a little gravel to prepare for the concrete.

Sir, pwede sad nimo ipost ang imong gamit nga equipment? From TV/projector to BluRay player/TV Hub to Amplifier to Surround speakers?

I can't find a thread that caters Home Theater queries man gud. And we're planning to have a mini home theater this month.

Another day passed by. Cement still need to harden before we actually can start building the walls.



I estimated today the cost for each 8' section of wall: ~20k pesos including wood, gypsum boards, rockwool, screws, nails etc. So the walls will cost about 200k pesos to build and sound proof them.
