philippines is 2nd in the world in terms of numbers of practicing lawyer, you talk like one.. maybe we have to many individuals interpreting laws, thus making our country more chaotic..

Of course there are problems in which the government deserves the blame. It's one of its functions, to be accountable and liable. kung Late/Former US President Harry S. Truman pa, "The buck stops here" . Off the record, I don't always blame the government, as much as I blame the mindset and society of this country, nor am I saying that I am not part of that said society or mindset...maybe it's a predisposition?
