how about sa said "Designated Area" are participants still allowed to enter on the parade route even if its not designated area?

Registration starts on December 15. Look for Dolly del mar. registration fee 1000.

WHAT? i was hoping for better results and now mas ni worst
T-SHIRT for 1k?? wat da ef... arangan naman gani tong vest nga 700 and now na tshirt na hinoon wa sila malipong?
wa na oi... i DONT see anymore the prestige and honor in joining this contest... this is just purely profiteering...
Well, i can now officially say i won't join the so called "contest" next year(2012)... BUT still i will take photos on the parade day... for sure lax ra kaayo na ang ilang cordon... ug ilang gi ingon nga no ID no entry policy... kita ranang ilang katag ron! hahaha
all i want to be on that day is to be a photographer and not a person who has been robbed...
anyways gud luck sa mo join... gud luck also in burning your 1k... hope ul find it worth it...
PS: c senyor santo nino na ang bahala ug mu hukom nila... who ever is that "nila"...
PS2: unsay reaction sa CPA? wa clay plano mu boycott? obvious na kaayo ang tumong sa "contest"... mag pa ilad ba ghapon ta??
