Regarding the IP issue, yes it is true that each computer has a unique IP address but if they are on the same network, which in this case is in TP, while they would have different private IPs, what you will be seeing is the public IP of TP since most likely TP is equipped with a NAT server.

Regarding the issue on the pay, I would suggest that someone just post the going hourly rate for the industry?

just moved out from TP.. sad to say everything na gimention about them were true. mugamit silag storya para mupirma ka (mao lage kay mituo man ta sa ilad2x ila HR.. syempre HR gastorya pirma rapud dayun) which is pag basa nimo contract DILE jud mao.

Ang akoa lang pud.. is ang intention ngano mamakak paman para lang makakuha ug pirma. Then pag mangutana ka instead of tagaan ka sakto na tubag ignon lang ka na "you already signed its your fault". Ipit na dayun ka!

Why is it that Im still receiving Overtime Solicitation messages from TP bisan ug dugay ra ko nipahawa? Wala nay nahabilin agents, or should I say, "Trusted Advisors" sa floor to take the calls kay ning awol or resign na?
