Im so glad to read others posting their succes being self-employed or freelancing kung baga and found themselves happy na.

na realize jud nako ba na working hard for a company doesn't benefit you in return..
maayo lang man jud ang tag-iya sa mga kumpanya na alagaon ka by raising your pay kung maayo kag
performance especially kung talented ka and they consider you an incredible asset for them..
pero kung nagkasakit ka like na aksidente ka in line of duty taz kailangan ka na ug surgery para mabuhi ka?
do you think the company will still love you in return after they pay your huge hospital expenses?
for sure magbagulbol na sila sa tago kay nalugi sila tungod nimo..
ingnan pa ka usahay na tanga ka mao na aksidente ka..

though wala ko nakaage ana na experience ha.. I've just met one.. nalooy gud ko niya.

That's why while I am still working and still single naga side bizness jud ko bisan magbaligya lang ug maruya. hehe

pero pwede man sad ba na dili na mag work.. mag bisness na lang.. hehe

just learn from the experience from our fellow filipino-chinese businesspeople.. they know the fact that working for other's
company is just not practical to get what you want for a long term satisfaction in life.. although they do understand that a company
must have a human workforce to make the job done it is just not the right choice to become financially satisfied.

its the person that makes his work enjoyable or not.

Lately, I have been regularly asked to do a lot of reports that are so difficult to finish during my work hours. I know there's no perfect company but I really do my best in this job, it's just that sometimes tasks are too much to handle.

they dont mind giving you a lot of workloads kay gibayaran bitaw mo..
kaya wala jud ta mabuhat ana kundi dawaton na lang and treat it as a new level of learning process..
