Here's my list of the most corrupt government agencies:

1. LTO
-There's a big signage on their gate that says "No to Fixers" but you can still see people who are trying to ask you fast assistance. Even their own employees are doing it... Naa pay mga traffic police that are still asking motorist to pay their violations para d na daw mahasol ang ilang gidakop ug adto sa office nla...

2. Customs
-5 months ago, I got a package from my boss... I tried to get the package on the legal way but it seems that their forcing you to do things that are illegal... they are delaying you even though you'll pay the right amount for the package and asking you to pay more than the regular rate...

3. Department of Education
-I think their a lot of corruption in this agency... Bisan pa ug hatagan ni ug sakto nga budget, still the agency will still ask for more since people from the upper department are doing hukos pukos... ang luoy, ang mga tao kay they are not getting the write education they need...

4. City Hall
- I don't know if this is included kay d ko sure what agency they belong... grabe ang corruption dha sa city hall... sauna pana... employees are not doing their job right, doing under the table transactions, and they are not working on the right time like for example always late and if its 30mins before their working hours end, d na cla mo dawat ug trabaho para d cla mag overtime... Asyoso kaau ang mga kugtong...
