Sa amo company cla man ni shoulder sa SSS ug Pagibig contributions namo...
our usual reaction to change is resistance..
If this will do more good than harm, why not..
my understanding on this, kay wala pko kabasa sa article regarding this one, ang entity mismo ang taxan meaning (my assumption) all proceeds of SSS etc generated income will be taxed..
anyone who has more info on the matter kindly share, di kay unahon nato ug yawyaw atong baba..![]()

if it is "abused" per se, then it has to be controlled by whatever method inorder that the government can get something out of that business.
but what about the (all kinds of) bonuses which directors give upon themselves for making money out of the cash contributions of each members of this institutions....are they taxed? morag nahilum na man gud tung similar issues sa MWSS and others...

The Voluntary Tax term is missleading cuz most "employed" citizen have Philhealth, SSS and Pagibig contribution. Its a TAX gyapun! its mandatory.
^
dili man nah misleading brad.. naa man gyud ng voluntary contributions such as mga private individuals (businessmen, etc).. ug katong ng sobra sa cap (limitation) sa mandatory contribution kay ang sobra sa cap sa mandatory considered voluntary nman na.. if you have more contribution than what is mandated, obviously you will benefit more compared to the ordinary members.. so dapat lang gyud sd ma taxan.. para patas..
ang luoy ang katong indigents kay considered mandatory man sd cguro nah sila..
well its still mandatory whatever level you are. its still additional TAX burden to the people.
