im not sure how this IP address thing works but i think xynopsis and i have the same IP because we're logging in to this site here in TP...my post counts are quite low because i don't usually reply or post...i just normally read/browse...

ni-post ko ug comment kay there's someone who posted here who was kinda complaining on the salary I was getting (and i'm quite sure she/he was referring to me) even if wala ko ga-complain about it...just don't wanna be dragged into that group because i'm quite satisfied w/ what i'm getting provided that i was unemployed for quite some time...just thankful that i got this job and that i receive my salary every payday ya know...

2 points i wanna clarify though:

the statement "Don't tell them they are stupid for signing the contract and not understanding the contents coz as you know, you hired and let them sign those contracts coz of their capabilities and potential"...does that mean that the guys who signed the contracts and are complaining were forced to sign them?...don't they have free will? i'm not saying that they're stupid but it's really too bad that they were too impulsive (or too excited perhaps) to start working that they weren't able to think thoroughly about their decision to start working for the company....

and i'm defending tp but i don't think i'm unprofessional...i've never said anything bad about anyone and i don't recall anyone posting exaggerated rates or anything of the sort (pls refresh my memory if naa, hehe)...it just saddens me that those people complaining about the company reach a point that they even want to close it down or something...not all people are unhappy with tp...i'm happy now with being part of this company because i happen to be surrounded by good people, i have a good working environment, the job is not totally stressful and the pay i'm receiving is just enough and may be more than enough sometimes...

im not saying that im perfect. i just said here that i am a performer. and by being a performer that means i do my best in every call. making sure that customers issues are resolved. now get the difference? with regards to 24 hrs, remember that you have 30 days to pull it up. now if after 30 days and your 24 hrs is still not good, or still not at goal then better ask yourself then.. am i doing the right thing?

i dont get it why someone here said that we are unprofessional? is it because we are defending TP? coz im not seeing ourselves as unprofessional. we are just trying to make things clear here. if you are not getting our point, then i think we cant do something about it..

your logging in the same computer? because each computer has different IP address..so lets just say nag log in mo sa pantry..same computer jud?? What a coincidence then...anyway, I will give you the benefit of the doubt. If you say you are happy with TP then you are, I respect that. pero kabantay mo? murag mag sunod man mo ug reply pud gud...so if dili clone, kauban ra mo nga nag reply cguro diri...which still makes it fishy if dili ba jud ni management or from HR. again, I give you the benefit of the doubt.

I don't need to name one site since it is against the policy from the company and istorya itself...I suggest you do the research, considering IF you know how to do so.

And about the KPI, its not just the 24hours..also QA. ganina lang akong team mate perting lagota kay wala pa ma homan iya call ge ingnan na siya he did not know what he is doing..ge interrupt sa QA. when my TL checked the call, it was ok..even an ACCM confirmed that it was ok..pero para sa QA it is not. QA is subjective..meaning weder weder lang sa QA if pasaron ka or dili. naa pa usa ka sample...ako ka wave jud ha..one call ka duha na QA, ang usa 95% ang usa 25%...so naa ra jud na sa QA if feel nila pasar ka or dili...and that's one of the metrics you need to pass to get your bonus.

Maybe they called you unprofessional because you are calling people stupid...I'm not sure if it's you or not but naming people stupid is unprofessional. Those who do so are just cowards calling people names because they know people can't confront them.

wala ko kaabot sa 10k na bonus...sadly 2500 plus ra akong nadawat kay wala nako nimove..pero si **** ***** kay 7k jud ang nadawat hahaha
