hahahay.. anyway, even if you didn't get your thread any clearer, i somehow get your point. yea working in a call center makes you rust. it keeps you far away from your real passion(or course that you took up in college, in other words). but the pay is really competitive.. it's really up to you, THE GOOD THING IS, YOU HAVE A JOB AND YOU GET TO EARN AND SAVE(bec. you become too tired to go out or even to shop @ all)

Money is important, one day you guys will realize, nga sometime we need to make exceptions when necessary. Wait til makaanak mo di bap bahala na unsang trabaho basta makabuhi lang (basta lang pud wala nay lain gyung opportunities). Goodluck to you guys.

yeah yuo are soo right there n 'gel.. they will soon realize that we work for money.
If we dont work for money then why work? You can stay at home and slouch!
If you are lucky enough, lovin your work, getting paid so well. Then OMG, why leave?

and for those who are as early as now already have an idea on how it feels to be workin' your ass out. i salute to you guys. di kayo nag iisa! we are spendin' OUR OWN money..

    compensation can take many forms:
    a. financial - salary and benefits
    b. psychological - the opportunity to gain or express expertise; self-actualization
    c. emotional/social - the camaraderie or friendship with co-workers

now if those three are present, then PERRRRRFECT! but most of the time, especially for start-up career people, that's not the case and so we make do with one or two. say you choose financial compensation, then fine. that's your priority at this time. you should be proud of the fact that you are being self-sufficient. now if another chooses to pursue pyschological compensation, they by all means let him. that's pretty noble too. as long as he is not mooching on anyone, his career move is okay and should never be a subject of anyone's scorn. sa binisaya pa, wala tay paki sa iyang decision kay wa man ta nagpalamoy niya (nyeheheh ka isog jud aning binisaya ba).

hello guyz,.I'm Ric..I just new in here so bear with me..lol.m just beginning to do some stuff and learn to do things on this forum.
I've been working as well to at least 3 call centers already and I find it boring and I noticed as well that it's not worth the pay.
The job seems to be stressfull, so to speak.
I am still looking forward of working in a typical day time job but it's kinda hard to find coz the nepotism still remains unlike call centers that you are really gauge based on your personal knowledge when you apply and not on whom you know inside the company.

    Thankz
