Programmers monthly salary in Cebu based companies

There are companies who hired fresh graduates / No experience employees as a programmer.

But Sadly, they only select those who graduate in prestigious schools... Like me tried to apply at a BIG COMPANY which is a Tel-Com Provider here in Cebu. All applicants came from USC and CIT where been entertained but when I pass my application (I graduate at USP) they only get my resume and said "Tawagan lang ka namo DONG".. and that's the reality of life.

Thanks to God, I got accept to a Local Company who just started in. . and they specialized in Business Application like (POS, Accounting and Payroll system)

the best way to land a programming job for non-experienced individual is to show off your skills by simply writing your own open source program. anyone can claim to be a programmer, but other people who choose to back up that claim by flaunting there skills gets better chances.

mao gyd, start off as freelancer nlng while nangita kag company nga mu dawat nmo,. once naa nkay mka binuhat, counted mn na as experience, make sure lng pd nga dli binata ang imo coding ug design hehe
