guys, you just really need to be performers...you need to show the company what you can do before they pay you with what you deserve...the KPI incentives + sales incentives are already being given since last September and the pay's been better, I think...and nagsugod na sila panghagad ug OT so naay chance to increase the amount u rcv every payday
katong mga wala gaperform, if you just just listen to how they take calls, maka-ingon jud mo nga dili sila deserving even sa basic na sweldo...and i'm not exagerrating
i'm more interested in stability & longevity now although money is still impt. that's why i'm staying here...and katong ni comment sa php200/php500 ba na increase in 2 years, pls verify ur sources first because that's not right
and sa katong nisign sa contract nga nituo lang sa hr but wala mibasa sa fine print, angay jud ka ma-uwaw oi...ang sakit sa mga amerikano nga dili mobasa ug instructions/contents sa contract, nabalhin na nimo...you should have been smart enough to ask hr why those stuff they said were not in the contract...our hr orientation did not make false promises, if i remember correctly and none were in fine print, to be exact
lisod na kaayo mangita ug work ron, even sa call center so i suggest na sa mga tao nga nihawa sa tp, not to discourage people from applying here because they really might be missing an opportunity (dili baya tanan tao madawat CVG/JPMC,etc)...you can tell them the advantages (if naa man gani para ninyo) or disadvantages (i'm sure nagbaha ni para ninyo) but NEVER EXAGERRATE (and i bet a lot of you do)
i totally agree with the prev post. now that the incentives are being credited, things actually became a lot more better. i got 7k for my kpi + sales incentive + basic salary and it all went up to 14k. thanks tp! i almost regretted the day i applied here but thank you though for keeping up my spirit!
you guys signed a contract, and there was a job offer...if the HR talk wasnt clear at all, then you should have asked questions as any smart person would..and signing without even having a clear picture of how much you are getting? thats just plain stupid if you ask me...so dont go complaining...you put urself in that boat...i dont think TP lied about what they are giving you...they were pretty clear about it even during the final interview about how much you will really get..maybe its just that, you were expecting wayyy too much...if you and your friends were getting like 8k-10k per payday from your prev company, then why did u transfer? just makes no sense at all.
if they are really that smart, they should have asked questions and read the whole contract before signing and yakking off. you applied, you signed...did TP promise you the world? i dont think so...did they promise you more than what they could give? its just lame to see some "smart" people yakk their asses off here...if you really think you were fooled and that TP deserves to be punished, go to DOLE...that is if you think your verbal allegations deserve to be heard and acted upon.
Hmmmm 2 newbies with the same IP popping up to defend TP. Give me a good reason why I shouldn't think that you two are clones.
