System Registry data problem....pls help me

Everytime i open my computer mao ni mogawas:

" One of the files containing the system registry data had to be recovered by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful."

-unsay problema ani? mogawas gyod siya inig open
-tried to do system restore but dili nako ma open ang system restore program
-dili ko maka download ug programs
-some websites won't open up

help me pls. thanks
