look at the punch distribution per rounds bai, from all three of their fights. 1 & 2, Marquez definitely landed more BUT not consistently throughout the the length of 12 rounds. He can win a round by outlanding Pac in a wide margin but the score differential remains with Marquez 10, Pacquiao 9, because Pac didn't suffer knockdowns or point deductions. Even if Pac would win his rounds with a slimmer margin, he wins the round 10-9, so margins are insignificant if you count it per round. You add the factor of point deductions due to knockdowns, and you have a win there by score. It's technical, but that's how fights are judged and scored. That's why Mayweather has an untarnished record.
