Where can I buy a multi SIM (Globe, Smart, Sun) for retailing? I need one...

And do you have any idea on how much it is? Any significant details regarding it?

Should the cellphone to be used with it be openlined?

retailer sim can be bought but each network has their own sim

with loadcentral, no need for another sim... your existing sim will be used.
your sim will just be registered with the dealer or subdealer as a retailer.
once registered, you will just have to load a "load wallet"
once you have this, you can now sell load using your existing sim.
