So the photographers are the ones subsidizing some of the expenses that are not for the photo contest?

its like the case of the MRT/LRT sa manila... all filipinos are paying the subsidy maski wla cla naka gamit/naka sakay sa MRT/LRT... do u think its fair? ITS NOT... that why the govt. made changes about that to make it fair...

so what percentage of the 1k ang naka alot lang sa photo contest?? ang para lang jd sa photo contest?

Coz they shud compute the fee basing one expenses made by the photo contest and it alone...
All i want to know is that how they came about the 1k? how did they COMPUTE for the 1k fee?

I am very much willing to pay the 1k... wala koy prob sa 1k... ang prob lang jud ang WHY? why 1k?
can they provide the break down??

if they can... then i'll rest my case... (assuming its a proper and fair break down) basin

btaw mga peeps... i really hope they can lower the reg fee coz i ALREADY know what kind of Service and Support SF can provide with regards to the photographers and the contest....

and its not worth 1,000 pesos.

bro phatwell, dili tanang foundation sa philippines listed dha. ang PCNC optional rana... dpende nana sa foundation kung magpa certify sila o dili.

ang nka advantage lang anang PCNC kay certified ka and kung naay mga funding agency mangita sa ila mka forward ang PCNC padong sa foundation.

wla man gani dha ang mga previous NGO nga gipang trabahoan nako. example kani pangitaa ni geoplan cebu foundation, mao na ang akong first company gi trabahoan sa una by GTZ (its now GIZ) under management by Provincial Capitol. Nya nibalhin naa karon sa DOST and sila nasad ng support mao ni ang website nila karon

halos tanan nakong company kay NGO 80% of my entire career pero wla man dha sa PCNC. wla man gani diay ang USAID Philippines nga ng work sad ko dha. ang JICA wla sad hehehe

so dili enough ang PCNC basehan sa legality sa osa ka Foundation

In 1984, the Cebu City Government moved to preserve the Sinulog Project for posterity. Thus, the Sinulog Foundation, Inc. was established formally as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission in that year. The Foundation was first set up with a total of P 140,000 as trust fund realized from the personal distribution of the officers and members of the Board of Trustees. A Foundation, therefore, would be mainly responsible for the Sinulog Project, together with the Cebu City Government.

As the Sinulog Foundation is now a viable corporation for the upkeep of the premier cultural project in the city, it also has invinsible assests—such as the patronage of many Cebuanos and the Balikbayans who come yearly, as well as the devotees who continue to believe in the intent of the project. It also derives inspiration from the smaller but historical presentation held years ago called Sinulog from where the Sinulog Project idea germinated.

Sinulog Foundation is an NGO dont know why wla cya na register ill ask sir ricky about that. And im very sure of that kay ako ang naga attend sa regular meetings sa mga NGO's sa cityhall kauban sa ERUF, Kapwa ko Mahal Ko, and etc. infact naa mi certification na we are an NGO kay adto mana e process sa cityhall pra ma accredit mo as NGO. But if you have more questions about the foundation you are free to call us in the office. Miss Anna Conejero is our marketing manager sa iyaha mo ask about sponsorhsips and fuente stalls.
