Hey John, the rest of the boys and I wish to continue our training with you at Holiday Spa. We had lessons with you last year and it was fun. I would enroll for regular classes soon after my fixed sched for work is approved and the rest of my friends will do the same.

Holiday Gym in Banilad is P1,500 per month or P250 per session.
Hot Rocks Gym in Talisay is P1,000 per month or P200 per session.

If the team is not training for a upcoming BJJ Tournament, then we will be doing some sparring while wearing MMA gloves to practice take-downs, clinches and grappling with punches. This training is meant to replicate a Self-Defense/MMA situation in its most basic form. Each student is allowed to participate in this training as much or as little as they want to. It is not a requirement. Ideally a student truly interested in competing in MMA would enroll in a local Muay Thai and/or Boxing class under a well qualified Instructor and then supplement his MMA training with BJJ classes also taught by a well qualified Instructor. I currently do not know of anybody here in Cebu that is teaching all these styles and is qualified to do so.
