    Anyways di ra man pod ang Sinulog parade ang kinahanglan ug kuhaan ug photos sa contest, naa pa ang fluvial, ang mga festival sidelights, etc.... so let's just enjoy what we enjoy the most taking pictures.... Pero ang judging sa contest is another story Canon ang sponsor, wa kaha bias ang judging when choosing the winners basin ang scenaro ani is " ooopss Nikon user diri ka oi kani Canon user diri ka" just a penny from my thoughts.....

SA HOBBY WALAY MAHAL...ANG ATONG CAMERA MAHAL PARA SA MGA NAGHOBBY UG STAMP COLLECTION PERO KUNG SILA MOPALIT UG RARE NGA STAMP USAY MAHAL PA SA TONG CAMERA ANG USA KA STAMP PERO PARA NILA BARATO RA and we hobbiest will find ways to get what we want NO MATTER WHAT HOBBY WE ARE IN... SAVE SAVE SAVE ...so kung serious mo sa inyong photography dapat di mo moreklamo sa fee sa SF kay the lesser makasulod sa parade the better for you to take those good shots. If you are not willing to spend then dont join, give the chance to the more serious ones in photography and FIND ANOTHER HOBBY THAT IS WITHIN YOUR BUDGET.

    question lang sa mga naaka apil sa meeting...is it true nga ang mga photographers club(nga naka apil sa meeting) ang ni decide nga patas-an ang registration fee para ma pataasan pud ang prizes?? instead og 750 ang registration gihimo nga 1k then ang grand prize kay mura 100k na??

    Ako naka attend sa last meeting with the Sinulog Foundation Organizers, The Registrations Fee is fix 1K pag present nila on the meeting with Sinulog Organizers ug sa City Hall, ang ni attend mga photographers sa lain lain club is to hangyoon unta nga ipa down ang registrations pero sad to say wala ni uyon ang Sinulog Organizers, pero Sinulog Organizers has totally change the Rules and Guidelines of the Photo Contest ..... basta ATTEND lang mo sa coming press conference para maka hibaw mo ug dili namo taka istorya nga lain lain..... thanks

    Sir Aying ask lang ko kinsa diay mga taga SF organizers ang ni adto pagmeeting? kay ingon man gud ako naka istorya nga ni ingon si MS. *** ang mga photogs kono ang ni suggest sa increase.

    and SF i think kay dili gyud ni sila part sa Cebu City government but supported by city government every Sinulog event (correct me if im wrong ha)

    Kung ang city government ni donate pila ka millions for the sinulog event sguro enough na sya for the event expenses only like stage sa abellana, kanang mga parades and mga event related to sinulog.

    So kung mka collect man sila for the photocontest ug million above sguro sa misc expenses, prizes (not sure sa mga sponsors ani) nya basin anha sad sila kuha ug gagmay nga sweldo sa photo-contest related.

    ambot lang ha... im also thinking sad sa ilang side kay lisod gyud baya pangita ug salaries para sa osa ka Foundation.

    adto nlang guro ta kung naay meeting para maka question tag tarong. ato nlang i list dinhi unsay mga dapat i point nato.

    very well said sir.... yup Sinulog Foundation, Inc. is an NGO we get money from the govt. every sinulog lng and that's for the prizes, and for the Grand Finale expenses only. Not to mention pa the expenses for the out of town contingents na mo join coz we're giving them P150,000/each contingent na mo join sa sinulog last year was only P100k bt krn gi increase na to P150k. Rental pa for the buses na sakyan sa taga out-of town nd Cebu provinces na contingents. Not only that we also give P150k for each contingent na mo join sa Sinulog sa kabataan sa lalawigan nd dakbayan 10 for the elem. and 10 for the secondary so its 40 contingents all in all... Ang funds nakuha sa Foundation from the govt. is very kulang rjud na cya to support the Sinulog event that's why we need to get funds pud like sa tickets, photo reg. and etc. Then about sa photo contest the prizes will also increase since ni increase ang reg. fee, all prizes sa sinulog 2012 event nag increase including the financial assistance. If naa pa moy questions you are free to call us in the office. Anyway right after the Sinulog event gi audit dayun na ang tnan expenses and ibutang sa newspaper and ang funds na mhabilin ma na cyay expenses for the Sinulog Office the whole year including salaries, bonuses and etc.
