    * 2 internet connection (globe) but different modem/router (192.168.1.1, 192.168.254.254)
    * 2 units Dlink switch (16 ports)
    * 1 laptop as server (attendant)
    * 30 units workstations

    Mao ni gusto niya mahitabo:

    * Server (attendant) & 1 to 15 workstations connected to Dlink switch 1
    * 16 to 30 workstations connected to Dlink switch 2
    * same workgroup para magkita tanan kung naay magduwa ug e.g. DOTA, Counter Strike (All LAN games)
    * Makita ang 30 workstations sa server (attendant)
    * If down ang switch 1, pwede gamiton ang switch 2 as back up

    Please share your brilliant ideas mga masters.

    Thanks
    since both providers are one and the same company.... the chance that both will go down is extremely high.

    go for Load Balance Routers like Cisco RV042.

    RV042 is very expensive...
    my idea sa solution na pinakaway libog.. ayaw na lisura ang imung network design kay simple raman kaayo ang need sa tag-iya, atik2 nalang ug galisud ka para kaingon na worth it ang imu fee kay mahuman ra ni nimug way 30 minutes...

    1.) Just get any standard dual WAN router ( murag naay dlink ani ), WAN1 ---> 192.168.1.1 | WAN2 ---> 192.168.254.254 then just let the dual WAN router manage everything else. ( it's as simple as configuring an ordinary router, assign lang ka sa WAN1 ug WAN2 )
    2.) Boss, dili jud nimo magamit ang switch 2 if mag-down ang switch 1 without sacrificing WS 16-30. 16 port lang imung switch and by the count of things loaded naman kaau, have a backup switch in place, mao na imung best practice rajud.
