Im wondering regarding this term, Monthly amortization starts after the equity..., so it means that we will be making a payment for a house which is not yet built.
kay as far as i know, sa PAG_IBIG man jud, dili ka mag amortization until mahuman ang balay na imo gusto paliton. this is an assurance man jud na you know what you are paying at. ang gawas man jud ani is gabayad ka sa usa ka butang nga wa pa nimo makita ug kung magustuhan ba nimo o dili. and pagkahibalo nako ani, bawal ni siya...
In connection with your concerns...
There are units built already on the house and lots posted.
There are families occupying and enjoying already the houses they are paying. Although the entire subdivision is not yet fully built but THERE is an ASSURANCE that the houses which clients are paying are being constructed and to be constructed. We can also see the DEVELOPER'S TRACK RECORDS over the years. Most Developers sell the units even it's NOT YET BUILT... They usually call it PRE-SELLING... It's up to the Clients wether they'll buy it or not...
If you are saying it's "BAWAL"... Can you give us concrete proof? The Developers are coordinating with the Goverment on their process of Selling and they won't be able to do such things if Goverment prohibits...
There is also an agreement between Developers and PAG-IBIG which you might not know...
You are always welcome to speak with us and the developers privately... And have your concerns raised...
Let us respect the posts of everyone here... Especially in the BUY and SELL SECTION...
