Given the price range, I'd go for Galaxy Y's 800+ mhz processor and Minimal Form factor. For Music and browsing2 for both of these devices is not really a factor since Android has lots of Music players and Browsers you can download from the Market both offering more and better functionality than stock.

actually for an android starter. .samsung Y is a good deal. . nahan pd ko mo try ani. if naa lng jd extra money. .

Go straight for Samsumg Galaxy Y.. Very responsive ang touchscreen. Nindot jud siya, if only 3.2mp ang cam ang gipa tas.an gamay ang resolution, big hit jd unta keu..

for me wala man ko ana gimention nimo above pero about performance naka palit ko sa son nako ug optimus net 3.2" w/ 800 MHz processor, Adreno 200 GPU, Qualcomm MSM7227T chipset, 512mb ram. which above average in performance(lesser lag than my daughters galaxy sl at 2.3.4).thou not in 3d games.
