you cannot question Nacho's personal assesment of the fight in the later rounds knowing the decades of boxing expertise under his belt. he knew the business very well and you cannot blame him for giving Marquez the hint how the game went after 10th round. In the opposite corner Roach was concerned of Manny being behind already so I think both trainers assesment were correct from that point.
I cannot question Bernstein's expertise, because he is one of the best trainers in this age. But it is arguably the move that cost Marquez the fight. Nacho is excellent at shaping his boxers, particularly finding the strength of a boxer and harnessing it and taking away bad habits. He also shaped Marquez's counter-punching, as early in his career he was not that patient. But I can name a couple of instances in which Nacho's moves during a fight put their corner at a disadvantage--which to say is normal because ALL trainers have made mistakes (even the likes of Cus D'mato, Manny Steward and Atlas)
