the problem with 100 plus is its carbonated..its not good for people who has acidity problem..a better choice is to have a lot of electrolites before working out..

i dont think so... because its isotonic already and carbonated water/drink does not affect osmolality already because its isotonic... carbonated doesnt mean its acidic... for what i know lang ni ha...
