    White Gold House? Dili ba sila maghuot ngadto? Anyway, at least they chose a venue apart from their office/facility. I know some companies who would settle for their Christmas parties to be held in their own offices lang.

    My worst decision ever was waiting for TP for a month, sus kadaghan nako gitanggihan na offers kay lagi pioneering sa TP, Wave 1 leche mao ra ang resulta nagkalisod ko kay pagkadakoooooooooooooooooooo sa suweldo, magsakit imong ulo unsaon pag-budget! World's Largest? Employer of the Year? I wonder ngano na Employer of the Year nga puwera gaba kaayo og suweldo. I am so glad I left, I regret wasting my time with this company, some of my friends have been asking if okay ba daw ang TP. Sus todo effort jud ko og discourage na mangaply lang sa lain, ayaw intawon sa TP kay mag-puasa mo sa kagamay sa suweldo. The best decision I made was leaving the company. So kamo nga magsige balik balik pangutana if dako ba og suweldo, DILI pwerteng GAMAYA wala pa jud allowances. Do not waste your potential here, tihik ning kompanyaha puwera gaba.

    yeah..I would not recommend anyone to apply here too. Ang schedule nila every week mag change, naay pa in one week mag sched kag alternate tue 10pm, wed 7pm, thur-fri 10pm, sat 7pm ma baw kag adjust oi...ako style 10pm permi mu sud bahalag late. wala tay ugma diri..masakit ka wala kay HMO, mangayo ka sa clinic ug tambal limit duha ka buok ra per day kada tabletas. dili ma bayaran ang kahago diri perti na ra ba ka queue kay nangawala na mga tao.

    during my time kay dili ingon ana nga pangit ang schedule, I would be in the morning shift, 4am to 1pm tapos mga 2 weeks after or sometimes longer mabalhin ko sa 12mn to 9am. Ako ra man unta to gi-agwanta ang pay kay gahulat ko na puwede na mag overtime at least mabira ang suweldo, diha na jud ko na-discourage og maayo and na-demotivate og maayo katong nakita nako na ang akong mga ka-wavemates na ga-pula ang stats as in BAGSAK, wala kapasa, mao ang gi-entertain og una for application for higher positions. The pay was demotivating enough pun-an pa jud og systema sa taga Manila na ops nga palakasay. Hala kapaet sa naningkamot nga nindot og stats, so I decided to leave kay I felt I was wasting my time, my potential and my efforts. Okay na man lang unta gani to sa ako na after 6months pa ang HMO but I just think na for someone who's bragging in the ads that they're the world's largest and Employer of the Year cherva, tihik kaayo sila manuweldo. Ang akong ka-wavemate got promoted to QA 19k ra, all in. paet! Karon me and my wavemate who have already left the company, are so pissed off with *****, kanang naa sa HR kay textsan regarding sa among last pay, ang minatay dili man lang mag-bother og reply kung unsa na status. Naa pay landline number sa TP na dili mu-connect sa department where you want to be connected. Walay kuwenta kaayo! I just think they demand too much and pay so little. The last time I talked to my wavemates ang uban gahulat ra sa 13th month and incentives na mahatag after that manglayas na daw sila TP kay way lami. Maybe mao na ingon ana ang sked kay daghan na tao nangawala pero naa pa jud tawn mailad oi mopadulong jud didto. Ambot lang. Goodluck sa mga bag-o lang nisulod og TP. Hinaut nga malingaw mo sa 14k plus 2k na suweldo with no allowances. It's funny kay ang reason nila before sa amo na mao ng walay transpo is because mo-provide sila og shuttle, nilayas na lang ko sa TP wa juy shuttle. Oh, naa diay isa pero ang ops ang magsige og sakay. LOL.. Puwera gaba kaayo ning kompanyaha. Glad I'm not working here anymore.

    Ni awol man sad ko after payday, wa na ko ga expect makuha nako ang 5 days nga sobra sa cutoff. 200 na lang bilin sa ako atm. After mga 2 months ako gi check ako atm kung naa pa ang 200, lo and behold, naa may 2,600 sulod. Ako dayon gi withdraw uy hehehe
