Electricity P12 per kwh reasonable?

Good afternoon fellow istoryans.

I would like to ask for your opinion regarding this matter. I am renting a room with its own electric sub-meter and my landlord recently increased the electricity charge rate from P9 per kwh to P12 per kilowatt hour. The stated reason was that VECO had increased their rate. I am not from Cebu and I am not acquainted about VECO rates. Does this sound reasonable? Please enlighten me regarding VECO rates. I am also sorry, I am not sure if this topic falls under general discussion. Thanks in advance.

mora ang /kwh karn kay P10 plus raman. grabe pod na imo landlord, mo patong pa jud cya sa veco na rate, hehehe negosyante jud na imo landlord dah.

Sa akong pagkabalo, 9.50 ang residential then 12 ang commercial. Pangutana imu landlord ngano gi charge kag 12/kwh na residential mana imu gipuy-an.

Nindot man ang lugar. Accessible (naara dool sa st. vincent hospital, dool pod ug police station, ug ang mga jeep naa ra halos tanan routa moagi). Secure raman naa may guard sa SVGH atbang hehe. Pero nagsugod nako ug pang scout basin naay mas ok.

Ah maoba sir pang commercial na d ay ni nga rate? Salamat sir at least naa nakoy ika reference ing pangutana nako regarding sa rate sa kuryente.
