    The whole purpose of exercise is for energy expenditure and to stimulate muscle growth. You don't necessarily need to eat healthy foods either. You simply need to have a negative energy balance in order to lose weight. Meaning you are eating less calories than you burn. 2 ways to get there. One way is to reduce what you currently eat OR you can use exercise to simply burn more calories. Or you could do both for faster results

    @Plankista i can attest sa statement ni Xeno above that it is what u have to do to accomplish your goal, question is --> mabuhat ba ni nimo? its not that that i doubt ur will to do it but trust me its not easy, however there is one thing im sure of, u will never regret u followed Xeno's simple advise... good luck sir! we will be glad to see ur post again that u have progress

    I don't see the problem.. It's protein after all. A natural metabolite inside our body.. But i also don't see the point? Why take in a protein supplement niya wala ka nag workout? Gamiton ra nuon na sa imong lawas para sa imong metabolism

    ^^ Boss, maglisod man gud ko ug todo diet kay naa koy gastritis. Mao na kung gutomon ko, mokaon jud ko.

    Karon rapod ko ni balik ug sit ups sa balay. then mag jog ko usahay. Unsa imong suggestion para mo gamay akong tiyan?

    sit ups ra jud na bro, than bar twist bar side but di jud ni totally maka pa porma sa tiyan kay kelangan man jud ka og diet jud para maporma but if pagamay lng, cardio jud ang d best.
