I think nicole is nadala ra na siya mga militant groups. To think daghan man pud loopholes about her more questions than answers. I am not an pro-American but I think naa man pud to niya ang sayop kung wala siya ni-adto sa Subic dili unta siya ma-rape. Just imagine unsa kalayo ang Zamboanga and Subic maayo unta na usa ra jeep sakay.

If you see the online poll in http://www.philnews.com daghan gyud diay gani ang dili convinced sa decision sa judge. This is one classic difference between engineering and law. Sa engineering if something goes wrong, we have the so called "root cause analysis". Bukeke-on gyud ug maayo kung unsay/kinsay nag "trigger" sa problema.

Pero sa law, it is just a matter of who commited the wrong doing. It doesn't matter of "how" it came to arrive on the perpetrated crime. Dili tan-awon sa bala-od kung kinsay naka-ingon what drives the man to commit the crime so mao na -basta naay nakakita nga ikaw bisag dili gyud cguro ikaw ang nagsugod sa maong sala-od ikaw gyud ang ma posas ug masud sa prisohan.
Our laws does not require absolute certainty. only moral certainty.

Ug kung si Nicole dili gusto magpakita sa iyang nawong, iya man na choice.

Nagpakita siya nga humble siya kay imagine ka bisan ug siya nidaug sa kaso ni prefer siya nga low profile para dili na maka catch ug intriga.

I think Nicole wants to move on, to live a quiet and simple life and making every effort to forget her trauma at the hands of that beast American.

at least from the many raped victims here in the phil considering this happened in Subic. this has buzzed ears and have been heard.

and as to the witnesses who testified pro-nicole  (yeah, they see these scenes alot in their place so I bet they know whats rape and what's not)

it't too soon to say she wants to be low profile bro. let's see if she won't write a book or hand her life-story rights to some movie producer.

if she wants to move on and live a quiet and simple life, then that's good. but those are not really so congruent with a lifestyle of clubbing and getting drunk and lap dancing on some foreigners, correct? then again i suggest she get some behavior-modification therapy while Smith and company do prison time and undergo counselling.

Haa-haa Ms. Beau rocks! I was also thinking about that. Tan-awa unya di ba ihatag nang iyang lifestory ug movie producer aron gam-an ug movie.
