the vigilantes are already protecting us from petty crimes..and this is basically done by whacking those criminals before they can even start making another rounds of their unlawful doings....

now, the best thing this criminals can do for now is to save their pathetic lives by migrating outside of cebu where they deemed safe to start there ventures anew..and maybe the cebuanos can say that there is too less criminals in the city, and that will make it a better place to live again....[sigh]
