i think because of the sudden drop of the core temperature of the body and viruses tend to be active in lower temperatures plus a weak immune system. . daily vitamins lng and excercise

...sometimes the temperature sa atong lawas dili ka-match sa temperature nga suddenly recreated by our environment. Like, today, it spontaneously drops from high degree Celsius to Low degree Celsius.

Solution: Get someone to regulate your body temperature to avoid dropping your health down. This is proven and tested already! or You may ask someone... to vouch it, Give it a try yourself!...

The very reason why rain is associated with sickness isn't because "mabasa ang ulo" but due to airborne acquisition of Bacterias and viruses that thrive on the dry soil...

Initially, when rain starts pouring, it actually cause these viruses and bacterias, together with the dust, to scatter on air, thus giving you that "rain smell" or ana ta na baho ug ulan or bahu ug yuta...

When you're starting to sense that kind of smell, preventive measure is to use your handkerchief sa pagtabon sa imohang nose arun dili nimo maacquire ang bacteria/virus..

Ergo, if magulan, focus more sa pagtabon sa imohang oral and nasal orifice than pagtabon sa ulo..

Even though knowledgeable nako ani, by instinct, ang ulo gihapon akoang tabunan if mag start ang ulan.. hahaha.. funny..

I think it's because of the sudden change in temperature

because of the sudden drop of temperature. ur body will adjust and if it can't bear it, you will have fever just to release heat (ambot kita rako discovery sauna, ambot if sakto pa ba akong pag hinomdom.)
