    rules:

if your standing in a public space even though your taking photos of a private property, you still can take photos.
If your standing in a private space even though your taking pictures of a public area, your not allowed to do that unless you ask a permit to do so.

As I see it govt doesnt want you shooting public spaces to avoid bad PR. The Manila City-owned Manila North Cemetery disallows SLR photography.

I suspect it has to do with the state of repair of the place and the number of squatters living there.

In photography there are these things like ethics pud though some hide from this rationale and though like when it's in public view and shot from a non-restricted vantage area then it's a go.

Like if you're just taking photos or pictures just out of pure leisure or hobby then wala man siguro'y mawala nimo if you follow such restrictions. And what's the necessity of posting or publishing your pictures if it's just for bragging rights lang? Well if so be it kay naa man taw di ma pugnang pero at least try see to it nothing or no one is compromised--their privacy, security or dignity.

Ok ra siguro for real and necessary journalism and public information.

pero lingaw2x lang is it too much to ask to practice self-restraint?
