ESPADA are the TOP-RANKED [10] Arrancars.
Some BASIC Arrancar skills:

Bala is an Arrancar-exclusive technique that hardens the user's Reiatsu and releases it like a swift blast of spiritual energy. It's weaker than the CERO but 20x more faster.

Cero is a form of attack used by Menos, Arrancar and Visored. As a standard energy blast, it consists of firing a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at the target. While in most cases it is fired from the mouth, some Arrancar and Visored are capable of firing Cero from their hands, fingers and other parts of their bodies. This often requires the user to under take a specific pose, with Coyote Starrk [Espada 1] being the only exception.


Garganta literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway. It is primarily used by Hollow and Arrancar, but some other characters have used it through different means.


Hierro is an Arrancar technique in which the user's reiryoku condenses, creating a steel-hard skin strong enough to block a Zanpakutō. This also allows them to fight some of the sword-wielding Shinigami barehanded.

Negación is the term used for the fields used by Hollows to rescue fellow Hollows. Only the Gillian-class Menos have shown the ability to use Negación.


Sonído is a technique mainly used by Arrancar which allows them to move at extreme speeds, making it equivalent to the Hohō (or Flash Steps as they are called in the English Dub) that Shinigami use and the Hirenkyaku that Quincy use. While somewhat similar to Hohō, Sonído appears to be more instinctual than Hohō, requiring no previous knowledge to perform. It also makes a different sound; rather than the swishing or sometimes silent Flash Step of the Shinigami, Sonído makes a booming or static sound.


Resurrección returns the essence of an Arrancar's offensive Hollow abilities to their humanoid bodies.Arrancar seal the nuclei of their abilities within the form of a sword, entirely different from what the Shinigami use. When they release their weapons' seals, they unleash their true power and their true form.

EXCLUSIVE ESPADA ATTACK:

Gran Rey Cero is a Cero that only Espada are capable of using. It is performed by mixing an Espada's own blood with the Cero. The result is a Cero with a much greater attack power and speed as well as a change of color unique to the Espada. It is also many times more powerful than a normal Cero, capable of disturbing the fabric of space, it also seems to spin like a razor upon release as it compresses and decompresses due to the sheer speed and raw power. It is a drastically potent Cero, used only by the Espada themselves.
