Cebu - Suicide Capital of the Philippines?

According to the local TV3 news i watched yesterday that Cebu is the Suicide Capital of the Philippines. Cebu average 1 suicide a day with a ratio of 3:1 in which females are more suicidal than males but males have the numbers in success rate.

Reasons Behind why people commit suicide:

Anomic - ex. more on kwarta involved - datu na bankrupt
Egoistic - ex. gugma, seeking attention, etc..
Religion - ex. influenced by Religion ( Afghans, Iraqis middle east...)
