At first I was convinced that Nicole had been raped. I guess the Judgement was an overkill sentencing someone 21years old to a lifetime imprisonment. Are we playing God here that this guy Daniel Smith doesnt deserve to live a normal life again and have a future. Dont we have wisdom when passing on Judgement just because it is the maximum penalty do we impose the maximum penalty? The judge said he is also a father let me ask him this, how many times did his children violated his rules in the house and what sort of punishment did he impose to his own children I believe even if your own blood is guilty wouldnt you protect them by all means.

The crime committed by Daniel Smith was a crime of youth. Why dont we put it this way had Nicole not gone to that BAr this Daniel wouldnt have committed the crime. If you are a decent woman what are doing at that time and hour in the Bar on Nov 1 tradition & culture at this particular time you should be with your family, I believe your family didnt know where you were at the time.
