hi sis!
try taking zinc tablets.
kami duha sa akong kauban sa balay are on our 30's.
naay naka advise niya mo take ug zinc supplements.
after a couple of months kay nabuntis gyud cya. dugay
pud siya nag wish na mabuntis,
Ako pud gi follow iya advise kay la pa man pud koy
baby. After a couple of months lang pud. nabuntis ko.
Try lang ni.

mao na ob sa akong sis ,sila duha naka help na preggy na ako ate after 12yrs,...hehehe

i've heard of dr. chan pd. I also recommend taking fruits and vegetables based supplements. going natural is almost always the preferred solution.
