i have tried centrum three four years ago...naa jud noon xa effect...makatambok ki gutom kaayo, hapdos prmi ako tiyan...cge lang ko huna huna kaon...and in fairness, and pinakanindot na effect na ako nabantayan ky ang ako skin..prmi ko ingnon ni puti daw ko ni blooming daw or ....feeling lang naku huh...murag tungod jud xa centrum....or bacin nitambok ko mao ni inat ako skin mao niputi ko....

I don't go for Centrum, or any synthetic vitamins for that matter.. thing is, synthetic material is foreign to our natural body so the tendency is these will just be flushed out. And sometimes, if things don't go for the worst, synthetic residue could also do damage to the kidneys..
