not necessarily. i was merely implying that those who are selling these HID kits to people without projectors are part of the problem. anyway, imho, those without projector housings, be it mc or autos, should be taken down. i hope this is not just a seasonal racket.

it's a different story kng ang mga naninda na ilang dakpon sir, d sd cla ka dali2x ug dakop coz naa na clay mga permit. ang porblm mn gd is naa sa user, kng pataka lng ka ug iwag dha sa imu HID dghan jd mu reklamo ky suwaw, be responsible lng pd tngali kng HID user ka w/out projector then dapat hi/low.. sa amu sd side mga motorista gd, gamit mn ang HID ky makita jd namu ang mga liba.ong,etc. sa layo plang, then mao lageh, be responsible user lng pd, d lng mag abusar ky lagi nka HID pataka nlang ug pasilaw w/out thinking nga naay kasugat nga nasuwawan..

well, it's probably a case of different strokes for different folks. i for one, don't need HIDs for driving in order to see potholes or what have you on the road ahead and i'm using medium glass tints. i must admit that they are nice to look at that's why i use them but with projector housings. anyway, if one needs HIDs to see clearly while driving an mc or a car without tints, then maybe that person's eyes may need some checking up since that same driver could be an accident waiting to happen. that's just me though.
