Huh? you still need to calibrate bro, if you need precise color rendition on your workflow. Though mac calibration is better than any others.

depende sa imu need naa uban na mahalon na calibration na mo do ug printer calibration. The basic one mo range tingali less than 5k. I got mine (Huey PRO) @ photoshop around P4K++

i use acer laptop with ATI videocard pra nindot iya render sa colors...i think f laptop gamiton mas maau separate ang videocard pra nindot .....

Yes, bro. It is just a built in and basic function of MAC OS software, while Spyder Monitor Calibration Tool is a external hardware you will attach to calibrate colors.
