4 mins each side ok na para nako ang porkchop dili overcooked juicy humok sakto ra.
pero kita mga pinoy ganahan ug paig paig very welldone.
certain pork cuts may take longer or shorter to cook. 1 inch thick pork medallions from the loin would only take 2.5 to 3 mins on each side. ang liempo 5 mins each side. pero kung binisaya nga sinugba sa tiyan mga 8 mins on each side hehehe.

yup i own tumbler's. thanks for visiting. pag palit oi yaw cge free taste heehee.

hahaha nabanhaw nagyud si mommy d! nanny ko para sosyal weheheeh.
you can use ricoa for a simple choco syrup any good alkalized cocoa powder will do. and in my own opinion ricoa is the perfect cocoa for champorado.

bensdorp is a good brand, we use it in our ice cream before but i find it too acidic almost malty. we now use our own special blend from 3 different brands to get what i want.
ghiradelli is synonymous for it's versatility and quality. im not too knowledgeable with guittard. as for vahlrona at 900 pesos per kilo it's not worth the hype too much fufu for a cup of coco don't get me wrong valhrona is great but you wouldn't see me using it hehehe.

speaking of chocolate. try berryl's, low price good quality.

hay naku! someone gave us one huge block of berryl's...... kinain lang namin hahahahahaha and yes....it is cheap.

ricoa is yummy btaw. for me for our weekly (as in every sunday) champorado other than the tablea that we get from our cacao trees in mindanao... yung natural sumthin sumthin tablea.... masarap.... walang fillers kumbaga. its packaging is green with a transparent window for one to see the tablea.
