if tungod lang na kay wa siya naareglar ug wala siyay proper nutrition and care, a healthy diet and tender loving care will solve the problem. but if naa na siya infection or something, you really need to treat it so better paconsult nalang jud sa vet to be sure. consultation fee plus usual laboratories, siguro tops 600.

but if s/he's eating naman, then okay sad iya barog wala nagluya, you can try to observe lang sa for a week. if s/he is improving after giving him/her proper diet and TLC, then atleast you saved 600. hehehehe
