kung retail copy pana nya naa ka sa US, pde raka manawag sa MS nya cla mo troubleshoot for free.
kung OEM naay charge, pero ayaw nlng kay toll free ang MS pero ang long distance dili hehehe

last resort adto sa support.microsoft.com nya proceed to win xp.
tan-awa kung naa bai article about activation issues, kung wala dretso sa newsgroup(aka forum) for win xp, nya daghan makatubag ana did2

orig imo license? naka sulay ko xp oem activation, singaporean
man to katubag nako, 5 to 10 mins. ra to.

Long distance fee, ambot kung pila to, but ok na kayo, ka install nako IE7.

On the activation window, click on Phone Support then choose the country you are activating your PC from on the drop down list... then ring the number that appears on the screen. When you get hold of someone from MS on the phone, just explain to them that you had to reformat your PC because of virus problems. If they ask you, tell them you are NOT activating this copy of Windows on another machine. It's the same old machine, and you just reformatted it.

I've done this so many times on customer's machine and as long as your voice is convincing enough on the phone, they will believe you and will then give you a series of numbers to activate it again.
