I would choose both, but I would buy the 100mm first before the 135mm. You just can't beat the macro with IS capability of the 100mm L lens (at that focal length one will find IS an advantage). I also love the 135mm L for its subject to background separation at f2. However, if portrait photography is your main goal for a crop body, I would suggest getting an 85mm f1.8. Its cheaper and produces sharp and bokehlicious photos.

Macro or Portraits or Sports?

If portraits ka, you can use both. If macro, you can use 100f2.8. If sports, 135L f2.0 + 1.4X telecon will do.

How about, you get the 100 f2.8 macro and you get 100 f2.0. Or if you are in a tight budget, get the tamron 90mm macro + (85mm f1.8 or 100mm f2.0).

Take note, hinay ug focusing ng 100 f2.8 macro (natoral ra na sa tanang macro lenses).

If mopili ko ani sa duha, sa Macro guro ko. At least pwede ma macro. Although pwede pud ma-macro ang 135mm using extension tubes, at least Macro na daan ang 100mm. Pero that's me... if mao na akong shooting style.

The two lenses IQ-wise are great but I'm pretty sure that you'll just eventually sell them as these are highly specialized lenses. You'd enjoy the 135mm f/2 for a while until you realize that it's just too tight for your crop body. Same for the 100mm. You're better off getting the 70-200 F4L IS or the 70-200 F2.8L IS Mark II for flexibility.
