xenical is basically a fat blocker, it absorbs the fat from the food that u eat so it does not get stored in the body. kung ang imong diet does not contain high fat, u dont really need to take it, unless naa kay party atenan and gusto ka mokaon ug daghang lechon. the following day, expect to see oil in your stool or sometimes pulos ra jud oil ang mogawas. naay times nga sige kag utot2 but then, ang oil niapil na ug gawas. embarassing kay mabasa jud imong undies, thats y u might have to wear sanitary pads kutob sa imong ass or wear a diaper

im taking xenical now, murag wala pa man effect hehehe..its jsut my 3rd day nuon. wala pa ko kita anang ila gi ingon na oil oil when u go to the bathroom. .. hope this wil eventually work for me

diet pills works efficiently if you control yourself from eating or drinkin too much beer. just because you are taking medication doesn't mean that you are guilt-free to put anything in your mouth. self-control, healthy diet and a proper exercise + diet pills, for sure within a span of weeks or a month you will see amazing results.

for oily stuff, i know it's kinda nasty but it's true.. you really need to put panty liner in your undies[including men] because the oil is stinky and it's somehow uncontrollable. which means, even if you will just fart the oils will come out and it has a foul odor. to wash it you need to bring joy dishwashing liquid. swear. it may sound weird but it's very effective in cleaning the oil.

id rather take this one than the slimming tea. kay compared sa slimming tea ug kaning xenical di mag sakit akong tiyan. there are times nga mo take ko ug tea, mo dungan pa jud sa akong menstruation, so sakit tiyan + sakit pus-on wa nako kasabot sa akong gibati. ang nawong nako mura nuon kog ka anakon
